Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants assess adults in their own home and will supply and recommend relevant minor equipment, specialist equipment, minor adaptations and major adaptations subject to the legislation working alongside other professionals both in and outside the council.
Hearing and Vision
Adults with a hearing and/or visual impairment are assessed in their own home and supplied with or recommendations made for the provision of minor equipment, specialist equipment, minor adaptations or relevant rehabilitation/mobility training subject to the legislation working alongside other professionals both in and outside the council.
