“Where the Local Authority requests another person to work jointly in some way to benefit the person with Care and Support needs that person has a duty to co-operate with the request”
To clarify that the duty applies equally to persons and organisations, all occurrences of this text have been amended to:
“Where the Local Authority requests another party work jointly in some way to benefit the person with Care and Support needs that party has a duty to co-operate with the request”.
