Introduction to the Team

At Bracknell Forest, we have a specialised team that supports people with a primary diagnosis of autism.

Adults who have been diagnosed with ASD and their carers who are a resident in the Bracknell Forest area may be eligible for support.

The procedures in this section are relevant to local authority practitioners on the team working with adults who have (or may have) needs for Care and Support.


Carers

Practitioners working with carers should refer to the dedicated procedures: Carers.


Transitions

Practitioners working with younger adults going through transition should also refer to the dedicated procedures: Transition to Adult Care and Support.
