Placement Plan

The term 'Placement Plan' is used in this manual to mean the internal plan or agreement setting out the arrangements for the care and management of the child.

Placement Plans should be designed/written to complement the child's Placement Information Record, Care Plan or other plans and agreements such as an Individual Education Plan drawn up by education colleagues.
