In August 2011, this Manual was updated to reflect changes emanating from the Care Planning Regulations 2010 and the New Children's Homes Regulations and Standards 2011.
If a Chapter is new or amended, it is shown in the Contents List (New or Amended) and the changes will be summarised in the quick guide on an amendments table and also summarised at the start of the Chapter.
NOTE: All staff should read 'Quick Guide' before proceeding.
