In May 2010, this Manual was updated - to include changes emanating from 'Working Together' 2010 and recommendations from Ofsted.

If a Chapter is new or amended, it is shown in the Contents List (New or Amended) and the changes will be summarised at the start of the Chapter.

NOTE:  All staff who are new/unfamiliar with this Manual should read 'Quick Guide' before proceeding.
