Manual Version - September 2009

Welcome to this new version of the Bedfordshire and Luton Local Safeguarding Children Boards Procedures Manual. Whilst the look of the Manual has changed, the contents have not, except for some minor updates, changes to ensure consistency of terminology and additional references to recently published government guidance. The details of these changes are listed in the Quick Guide.
